Sean is the best! He had to come back to our house 3 times due to location issues with the placement of the hot tub. He graciously stored the hot tub back at his warehouse until we could figure out where we were putting it. Explained the differences in the hot tubs, how to run/maintain them. Highly recommend Sean!! Price was great too.

Just bought a new spa from Sean at Cloud 9 Spas, and had a tremendous experience with him. From the experience of purchasing the right spa for us and educating us on the different options available to us, to a timely and expert installation at my home, and the quick response to take care of a minor issue, the entire experience was great. I had such a great experience with buying my hot tub from Sean. His installation was prompt and extremely professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my setup was perfect. He responds to emails and texts right away and is always helpful with any questions or concerns that I may have. His prices are great and I would definitely not shop anywhere else for a spa. This is my second hot tub, the first I bought from another local dealer and my experience with them was no where near as good as with Sean.

Cloud 9 spas are a very good hot tub company to deal with and it’s local , Sean took very good care of us and we couldn’t be happier , delivered , set up , hooked up and took old tub away, spent 3 hours making sure everything was perfect and running perfectly, I had a Hot Springs that lasted me 20 years , so I went with something different STRONG SPA absolutely beautiful looking tub and I know this one will last the same so if your in the market for a Hot Tub call Cloud 9 spas you will be satisfied!!!
